1. About This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Billion Dollar Reminder service operated by Billion Dollar Reminder ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for our service or joining our waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our service.

2. What We Do

Billion Dollar Reminder provides a subscription reminder service that sends periodic emails prompting you to check official US government databases for unclaimed funds that may be owed to your business. We provide links to free official government resources only. We do not search on your behalf, act as your agent, recover funds on your behalf, or guarantee that any unclaimed funds will be found.

3. What We Are Not

We are not financial advisors, legal advisors, accountants, or recovery agents. Nothing in our emails, website, or communications constitutes financial or legal advice. Any decision to search for or claim unclaimed funds is entirely your own. You should seek independent professional advice if required.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We make absolutely no guarantee or representation that you will find unclaimed funds as a result of using our service. Our service is a reminder and information service only. Results will vary by business type, size, age, location and history.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are charged annually in US dollars as per the plan selected at time of purchase. All fees are payable in advance. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time however existing subscribers will be notified at least 60 days in advance of any price change. Founding members who join prior to our official launch date will have their pricing locked in permanently.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of your first payment. After 30 days subscription fees are non-refundable. To request a refund within the 30 day period contact richard@billiondollarreminder.com.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting richard@billiondollarreminder.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods beyond the 30 day guarantee window.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for checking the government databases we link to and for lodging any claims directly with the relevant state authority. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on government websites or databases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billion Dollar Reminder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, and branding is owned by Billion Dollar Reminder and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
